Host Paul Guggenheimer discusses a proposal to create a Grassland Wilderness area in South Dakota with Terry Mayes of the South Dakota Wild Grassland Coalition who supports the proposal, and Patty Brown with the Off Road Riders Association who is opposed to it.

Later Tribal Councilman Michael Rousseau and Leo Earp Fisher, Head of the Tri-County Mni Waste Water Company talk with Paul about the collapse of the rural water system that has left 14-thousand people without water on the Cheyenne River Reservation and surrounding areas. Also joining the conversation from Washington is tribal consultant George Waters.
